Cylinder Head Cover (Cylinders 2-4-6), Remove and Install (X 25 XE)
Remove, Disconnect
Remove intake bridge - see operation "Intake Bridge, Remove and Install".
Detach power steering pump pressure line (2) from intake manifold bracket (3).
Detach intake manifold (3) bracket from cylinder head.
Remove spark plug connections with KM-836.
Disconnect cylinder head cover (1) from cylinder head.
Clean
Remove gasket remnants and clean sealing surfaces.
Install, Connect
Apply wetting agent (colourless) to sealing surfaces (arrows).
Insert new gaskets and seal rings in cylinder head cover.
Attach cylinder head cover to cylinder head - tightening torque 8 Nm / 6 lbf. ft.
Connect spark plug connections - note ignition cable routing.
Attach intake pipe bracket to cylinder head.
Attach power steering pump pressure line to intake pipe bracket.
Install intake bridge - see operation "Intake Bridge, Remove and Install".
Remove, Disconnect 
Clean 
Install, Connect
