Remove, Disconnect
Remove intake pipes - see operations "Intake Pipe (Above Cylinders 1-3-5), Remove and Install (X 25 XE)" and "Intake Pipe (Above Cylinders 2-4-6), Remove and Install (X 25 XE)".
Remove coolant lines (above cylinders 1-3-5) from bracket and lay aside.
Remove exhaust gas recirculation adapter - see operation "Exhaust Gas Recirculation Adapter, Remove and Install" in group "L".
Detach spark plug connector with KM-836 and remove spark plugs with KM-194-E.
Install, Connect
Install exhaust gas recirculation adapter - see operation "Exhaust Gas Recirculation Adapter, Remove and Install" in group "L".
Install spark plugs with KM-194-E - tightening torque 25 Nm / 18 lbf. ft. Connect spark plug connector - note spark plug wire routing.
Secure coolant lines (above cylinders 1-3-5) to bracket.
Install intake pipes - see operation "Intake Pipe (above cylinders 1-3-5), Remove and Install" and "Intake Pipe (above cylinders 2-4-6), Remove and Install".
