Auxiliary Component Bracket, Remove and Install (with Air Conditioning)  

  Remove, Disconnect   

Drain air conditioning - see operation "Air Conditioning, Drain" in group "D".   Remove radiator- see operation "Radiator, Remove and Install (with Air Conditioning)".   Remove coolant pipe - see operation "Coolant Pipe, Remove and Install".   Remove front right engine damping block - see operation "Engine Damping Blocks - Front, Remove and Install".   Detach fastening bolt (1) for power steering pump shackle from auxiliary aggregates support. Carefully pull oil dipstick guide tube (2) out of cylinder block. Remove fastening bolts (3) for power steering pump from auxiliary aggregates support - suspend power steering pump from suitable location.

  Remove, Disconnect   

Detach coolant lines from dryer flange - remove condenser.   Detach refrigerant lines (1) and (2) from compressor.   Remove fastening bolts (3) and remove compressor from auxiliary aggregates support.   Remove fastening bolts (4) and remove auxiliary aggregates support with engine damping block bracket.

  Install, Connect   

When replacing auxiliary aggregates support: Transfer engine damping block bracket.  

Attach auxiliary aggregates support to cylinder block - tightening torque 40 Nm / 30 lbf. ft.  

Install compressor on auxiliary aggregates main bracket - tightening torque 40 Nm / 30 lbf. ft.  

Attach refrigerant lines to compressor with new seal rings - 33 Nm / 24 lbf. ft.  

Insert condenser and attach coolant lines to dryer flange.  

Attach power steering pump to auxiliary aggregate(s) support - tightening torque 20 Nm / 15 lbf. ft.  

Install oil dipstick guide tube into cylinder block with new seal rings.  

Install power steering pump strap on auxiliary aggregates support - tightening torque 20 Nm / 15 lbf. ft.  

Install front right engine damping block - see operation "Engine Damping Blocks - Front, Remove and Install".  

Install coolant pipe - see operation "Coolant Pipe, Remove and Install".  

Install radiator- see operation "Radiator, Remove and Install (with Air Conditioning)".  

Charge air conditioning - see operation "Air Conditioning, Evacuate and Charge" in group "D".
