Fan Motor, Remove and Install (without Air Conditioning)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Disconnect wiring harness plug (3) from fan motor and unclip wiring loom from fan casing. Remove fastening bolts (1) from radiator and remove fan casing with fan motor from bracket (2). Remove fastening nuts (4) from fan casing and retaining clamp (5) from fan motor. Remove fan wheel from fan motor.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Fasten fan gear with retaining clamp (5) to fan motor and fan motor with fastening bolts (4) to fan housing. Insert fan housing with fan motor in bracket (2) and connect with fastening bolts (1) to radiator. Connect wiring harness plug to fan motor and clip cable bundle into fan housing.
