Ribbed V-belt, Remove and Install (With Air Conditioning)
Remove, Disconnect
Remove air cleaner housing - see operation "Air Cleaner Housing, Remove and Install".
Release fastening bolts (2) of power steering pump pulley - do not remove.
Mark running direction of ribbed V-belt. Tension ribbed V-belt tension roller clockwise with KM-913-A (1) and remove ribbed V-belt from pulleys.
Remove, Disconnect
Remove power steering pump pulley from power steering pump.
Remove fastening bolts (1) and (2) and remove reaction member bracket and reaction member support.
Attach engine to Engine Bridge MKM-883-1.
Remove both upper fastening bolts (3) - bolts are not capable of being removed.
Remove lateral engine compartment panelling.
Remove lower fastening bolt (4).
Remove, Disconnect
Release fastening nuts for engine damping block (1) from front axle body - do not remove.
Slightly turn engine bracket with engine damping block - guide ribbed V-belt between engine and engine bracket and remove.
Install, Connect
Route ribbed V-belt between cylinder block and engine damping block bracket.
Attach engine damping block bracket to cylinder block, for this screw in both upper fastening bolts for engine damping block bracket - do not tighten yet. Screw in lower fastening bolt and tighten all 3 fastening bolts - tightening torque 35 Nm / 26 lbf. ft.
Tighten fastening nut of engine damping block on front axle body - tightening torque 45 Nm / 33 lbf. ft.
Release engine from Engine Bridge MKM-883-1 and remove engine bridge.
Install side engine compartment panelling.
Install, Connect
Attach power steering pump pulley to power steering pump with new fastening bolts, position ribbed V-belt. Tension ribbed V-belt via ribbed V-belt tension roller and KM-913-A (note running direction and installation position of ribbed V-belt). Tighten power steering pump pulley - tightening torque 20 Nm / 15 lbf. ft. + 30 ° + 15 ° .
Install reaction member support and reaction member bracket - tightening torque 60 Nm / 44 lbf. ft.
Install air cleaner housing - see operation "Air Cleaner Housing, Remove and Install".
Remove, Disconnect 
Install, Connect
