Ignition Module, Remove and Install (X 16 XEL without Secondary Air System, Y 16 XE, Z 16 XE)  

Notice: 

Illustration G 4505 shows X 16 XEL without secondary air system.  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove engine cover from cylinder head cover.  

Disconnect wiring harness plug (2) from ignition module (3).  

Detach ignition module from cylinder head cover and withdraw from spark plugs using KM-6009 (1).  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Connect ignition module to spark plugs and attach to cylinder head cover - tightening torque 8 Nm / 6 lbf. ft.  

Connect wiring harness plug to ignition module.  

Install engine cover on cylinder head cover.
