Ignition Module > < Coolant Temperature Sensor - Wiring harness connector poor contact

DIS Ignition Module, Remove and Install (X 16 XEL with Secondary Air System)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Disconnect wiring harness plug and ignition cable plug from DIS ignition module.  

Remove fastening bolts (arrows) and detach DIS ignition module from DIS ignition module bracket.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Attach DIS ignition module to DIS ignition module bracket - tightening torque 8 Nm / 6 lbf. ft.  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

Note ignition sequence - cylinder numbers are located on the ignition cables as well as on the DIS ignition module itself.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Connect wiring harness plug and ignition cable plug to DIS ignition module.
