Ribbed V-belt Tension Roller, Remove and Install (X 16 SZR with AC, 16 LZ2 and 20 NEJ)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove ribbed V-belts - see operation "Ribbed V-belts, Remove and Install".  

Version with air conditioning: remove engine damping block bracket (1) from auxiliary component main bracket.  

For X 16 SZR: remove fastening bolts (2) and (3) from power steering pump and attach power steering pump to appropriate position.

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Tension ribbed V-belt tension roller clockwise (direction of arrow) with KM-913-A and insert locking pin (1) into the opening provided. Remove fastening bolts (2) and remove ribbed V-belt tension roller.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Attach ribbed V-belt tension roller with locking pin to auxiliary aggregates support - tightening torque 25 Nm / 18 lbf. ft. Tension ribbed V-belt tension roller clockwise (direction of arrow) with KM-913-A and remove locking pin (1).  

For X 16 SZR: Attach power steering pump to auxiliary aggregates support - tightening torque 25 Nm / 18 lbf. ft. Attach power steering pump shackle to auxiliary aggregates support - tightening torque 18 Nm / 13 lbf. ft.  

Version with air conditioning: attach engine damping block bracket to auxiliary aggregates support - 60 Nm / 44 lbf. ft.  

Install ribbed V-belt - see operation "Ribbed V-belt, Remove and Install".
