Cause: Insufficient clamping pressure in some areas of gasket, inlet manifold.
Production Solution: Introduction of a modified gasket, inlet manifold in Bochum, beginning with engine number 02LH7554.
Remedy:
Special part: No
Replace gasket, induction manifold with a modified gasket, induction manifold.
Working procedure:
1. Remove and install gasket, induction manifold
- see working procedure "Induction manifold, remove and reinstall" unit "J" of the corresponding Service Instruction.
2. Reprogram volatile memories.
