Multi-disc Brake B3 and Freewheel F2, Overhaul (AF 20/22) Multi-disc brake B3 removed.
 Inspect Check functioning of the overrunning clutch: place overrunning clutch (1) and inner race (2) in the front internal gear (3), hold internal gear; the inner race must be turnable counter-clockwise (4) and lock in clockwise direction (5).
 Disassemble Disassemble overrunning clutch. Bearing ring, thrust bearing (8), overrunning clutch inner race (11), lay aside in installation order. Remove retaining ring (7) and (6) with screwdriver, overrunning clutch F2 (10), thrust washer (9). |

 Remove, Disconnect Remove thrust bearing (1) retaining ring (2), flange (3) from front internal gear (4).
 Assemble Assemble overrunning clutch - install flange (3) in front internal gear (4) - use retaining ring pliers. Insert thrust washer (7) (flat surface faces flange), overrunning clutch (8) into internal gear. (Installation direction: with internal gear held firmly, overrunning clutch can turn anti-clockwise), install retaining ring (5), overrunning clutch inner race (9), thrust bearing (6). |
