Operations on Manual Transmission and Differential  

Reversing Lamps Switch, Replace  

Top illustration depicts manual transmission F 13/15/17/1818+. Illustration below depicts manual transmission F 25/35. For F 23, proceed as for F 25/35.  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Release and detach wiring harness plug from reversing lamps switch (1). Unscrew reversing lamps switch - remove seal ring or spacer washer.  

Object Number: 616199 Size: DEFAULT  Tighten (Torque)   

Install reversing lamp switch (2) with new seal ring or with new spacer washer and tighten - 20 Nm / 15 lbf. ft.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Connect wiring harness plug to reversing lamp switch (1 or 2).  

Object Number: 2401327 Size: DEFAULT
