Tapered Roller Bearing Outer Race for Drive Shaft in Transmission Casing, Replace (F 25)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Unscrew 4 bolts for bearing flange - place tool correctly at inner torx to prevent damage. Remove bearing flange (1) and spacer rings (2).  

Support transmission housing straight on press support plates - do not tilt.  

Press out tapered roller bearing outer race for drive shaft with KM- J-26938 (4) and KM-J 8092 (3).

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Turn transmission housing. Apply new tapered roller bearing outer race for drive shaft with plastic mallet.  

Press in tapered roller bearing outer race for drive shaft with KM-864 (1) until tool contacts transmission housing.  

Fit bearing flange (2) and spacer rings (3) (1.4 mm) (4 bolts).  

Object Number: 616199 Size: DEFAULT  Tighten (Torque)   

Tighten bolts for bearing flange alternately - 40 Nm / 29.5 lbf. ft.
