Bushings for Shift Rod in Transmission Casing, Replace (F 25) > < Tapered Roller Bearing Outer Race for Differential in Clutch Housing, Replace (F 25)

Axle Shaft Seal Ring in Clutch Housing Gasket Flange, Replace (F 25)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove sealing flange - 4 bolts. Press out axle shaft seal ring with KM-523-3 (1) and KM-523-1 (2) - counterhold with KM-613-1 (3).  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Press in new axle shaft seal ring with KM-519 (5) to the stop - counterhold with KM-613-1 (4).  

Install sealing flange with new O-ring (4 bolts) - tighten bolts alternately - tightening torque 22 Nm / 16 lbf. ft.
