Single Box Filter, Remove and Install (X 17 DT)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Detach wiring harness plug for single box filter temperature switch (1) and wiring harness plug for fuel filter heating (2).  

Detach fuel lines (4) from single box filter. Remove bleeder screw (5). Collect emerging fuel.  

Remove fastening bolts for single box filter (3) and protective plate and remove single box filter.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Install single stage box filter together with guard.  

Attach fuel lines with new seal rings and bleeder screw with new seal ring to single box filter.  

Attach wiring harness plug for single box filter temperature switch and wiring harness plug for fuel filter heating.  

Object Number: 616199 Size: DEFAULT  Tighten (Torque)   

Fastening bolts (3) - 25 Nm / 18 lbf. ft.  

Object Number: 2393129 Size: DEFAULT
