Function The ATWS protects the vehicle against unauthorised entry and provides a warning in the case of motion in the vehicle interior. The ATWS includes an integrated ultrasonic interior monitor, which can be switched off separately via the ATWS off switch. Arm ATWS The ATWS is armed by locking the vehicle and then activating the mechanical anti-theft device, either from the lock in the driver's door or the radio remote control. The function of the central locking with radio remote control is described in section 5.4. Switch off ATWS (Vauxhall only) The ATWS can only be switched off by unlocking the vehicle with the radio remote control. Switch off ATWS The ATWS is switched off by unlocking the vehicle. |
