Slide the cap off the solenoid switch in - direction of arrow -.

Remove the positive wire - 1 - (15 Nm) and disconnect harness connector of terminal 50 - 2 -.

Remove upper starter mounting bolt - arrow - (M10= 40 Nm, M12= 80 Nm).
