Remove bolt - 5 - and both nuts - 3 -.

Open hydraulic system bypass screw

-

Lower rear window frame and press nut mounts all the way back.

-

Mark and then remove the guide rail bolts from the inside. Disengage sliding block from guide rail and pull carrier out slightly.

Cover window recess in front of holes so no shavings can fall in.

-

Drill out rivets - 2 -.

-

Press mount forward so that locking mechanism loosens from lock fitting.

-

Remove locking mechanism - 1 -.

Installing

NOTE:

-

All screws are microencapsulated and must always be replaced.

-

Check the sealing rings on the centering point of the locking mechanism to make sure they are seated securely.
