Removing and installing bonded rubber bushes for gearbox carrier

Up to December 1975

Removing

→ Press bushes out

Installing
 
U34-0019
  • ‒ → Press bushes in flush.
 
U34-0020
  • ‒ → Install bush so that -arrow- points upwards with carrier installed.

From January 1976

Removing
 
U34-0021
  • ‒ → Cut the metal outer shell with a narrow hacksaw blade to reduce tension and knock bush out.

Installing
 
U34-0022
  • ‒ → Press bush in flush
