When the engine is cold or when switching on the air conditioner the idling speed will be increased by the idling speed boost actuator. If this actuator is replaced, it is to be connected as follows with the engine cold:

Electrical actuator

For vehicles without air conditioner

  • ‒ → Press adjustment lever -1- against the stop screw for idling speed adjustment screw -arrow- and connect clamping piece -2- firmly

Pneumatic actuator

  • ‒ → Press adjustment lever -1- against the stop screw for idling speed adjustment screw -arrow- and connect clamping piece -2- firmly
