Removing and installing radiator fan -V7- and radiator fan 2 -V177-   Note The work sequence for vehicles equipped with only the radiator fan -V7- is the same. Removing

–  Unbolt air duct from lock carrier -arrows- and remove air duct. –  Remove noise insulation → General body repairs, exterior; Rep. Gr.50.

–  Pull air intake hose -arrow- off bottom of damping chamber and remove it. –  Loosen lower coolant hose from radiator.

–  Separate electrical connector -1- and unbolt lower cowling securing bolts -arrows-.

–  Remove upper securing bolts for cowling -arrows- and remove cowling upwards.

–  Disconnect electrical connection -1- and free wiring. –  Remove nuts -arrows- and remove fans. Installing Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing, note the following: –  Install cowling from above. Torque settings
