Installing

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing, note the following:

Note

Renew O-ring.

–	Clean or smooth sealing surface for O-ring.

–	Moisten new O-ring -3- with coolant.

–	Fit coolant pump -2-.

l	Installation position: drain plug in housing faces downwards.

–	Tighten bolts -1- for coolant pump.

–	Install toothed belt (adjust valve timing) → Chapter.

–	Install poly V-belt → Chapter.

–	Fill with coolant → Chapter.

¹⁾	Insert with locking fluid.
