Removing
  Caution
Dual-mass flywheel may be destroyed on unscrewing bolts -B- with a pneumatic nutrunner or impact wrench.
Dual-mass flywheel may be destroyed.
Only unscrew dual-mass flywheel bolts by hand.
Carry out the following work:
  W00-0026
–  Rotate dual-mass flywheel -A- so that bolts -B- align centrally with the holes -arrows-.
–  When removing bolts -B-, make sure that screw heads do not jam on flywheel.
  A30-0102
–  Insert counterhold -3067- in hole on cylinder block.
–  Mark position of flywheel in relation to engine.
–  Unscrew flywheel.
Installing
Install in reverse order. In the process, note the following:
–  Renew bolts.

  A13-0570
Component Nm
Dual-mass flywheel to crankshaft60 + 90°1)

1) 90° equals a quarter of a turn
