Removing and installing cornering light and headlight range control unitJ745
Removing and installing cornering light and headlight range control unit -J745-
Removing:
–  Remove dash panel end cover on front passenger side → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.68.
   
–  Remove securing bolt -arrow-.
–  Remove control unit -1- from installation position taking connected wire length into account.

–  Press locking lug -arrow- and swing arm -1- in direction of -arrow 2- and pull off connector.
Installing:
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing observe the following:
  Note
The new cornering light and headlight range control unit must be coded once it is installed → Chapter. Then subsequently perform the basic setting of the headlights: „Maintenance manual“ → Booklet.
–  Check headlight functions.
–  Checking headlight settings and adjusting headlight if necessary: „Maintenance manual“ → Booklet
