‹› Crankshaft, refer to --> [ Crankshaft Dimensions ] See: Cylinder Block Assembly/Crankshaft/Specifications.

60 Nm plus an additional 1/4 turn (90°) 

‹› Replace

Flywheel

‹› Secure flywheel with counterhold tool (3067) to loosen and tighten the bolts

Intermediate Plate

‹› Must be located on dowel sleeves

‹› Do not damage or bend when doing assembly work

15 Nm

Sealing Flange with Seal

‹› With the engine speed sensor (G28) sensor wheel

‹› Only replaced as complete unit

‹› Do not additionally oil or grease sealing lip of oil seal

‹› Before installing, remove oil remains from crankshaft journal with a clean cloth

‹› Use support sleeve provided to install

Engine speed sensor (G28), 5 Nm
