Vehicle Inclination Sensor, through MY 2006

Vehicle Inclination Sensor - arrow - is located under  instrument panel at right, under front passenger airbag.

‹› To remove the Vehicle Inclination Sensor, anti-theft warning system  must be deactivated. Refer to => [ Anti-Theft Alarm System,

Activating/Deactivating ] See: Testing and Inspection.

CAUTION!
‹› Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

‹› Remove ignition key.

Removing

-

Remove the glove compartment.

-

Remove mounting bolts - 1 - and remove Vehicle Inclination  Sensor from carrier.

-

Disengage connector - 2 - and disconnect it from  Vehicle Inclination Sensor.
