Lower B-Pillar Trim

‹› Removal and installation is described for the left-hand side of the vehicle. Removal and installation for the right-hand side is performed in the

same manner.

Removing

-

In vehicles with interior monitoring system, switch ignition off. 

-

Remove sill panel trim. Refer to --> [ Sill Panel Trim ] See: Scuff Plate/Service and Repair.

Remove upper B-pillar trim. Refer to --> [ Upper B-Pillar Trim ].

-

Remove the two bolts - 1 - (4 Nm).

-

Remove trim - 3 - from door seal piping.

-

Remove trim in area of guide - 2 - from mounts in body.

In vehicles with interior monitoring system, disconnect wiring harness from sensor.

Installing

To install, perform the steps used for removal in reverse order.
