| Insert new circlip (shown without tandem brake master cylinder for clarity). |
Note | Insert new circlip so that opening -arrow- faces downwards. |

| Fit new seal on sender. (Coat seal with lubricate, e.g. assembly paste -G 052 109 A2-. |

| Insert sender into brake servo, circlip must audibly engage in groove of sender. |

| Reconnect connector to sender and ensure it engages correctly. |

| Ensure sender seats securely by pulling on sender by hand. |

| Leaks at sender and/or seal, insufficient brake servo and poor engine idling. |
