Installing > < Removing and installing brake servo and tandem brake master cylinder, RHD
Removing
Removing
–  Dissipate vacuum in brake servo by depressing brake pedal several times.
–  Remove intake plenum from mixture formation and throttle valve part with air hose.
–  Pull vacuum line out of brake servo.
–  Draw off as much brake fluid as possible from brake fluid reservoir using a suction bottle.
–  Disconnect hydraulic unit supply pipes and clutch master cylinder from reservoir.
–  Remove reservoir.
–  Disconnect brake lines from tandem brake master cylinder.
–  Unbolt tandem brake master cylinder from brake servo.
–  Remove brake pedal position sender → Chapter.
–  Remove right storage compartment below dash panel.
–  Disconnect brake servo clevis from brake pedal.
–  Unbolt brake servo from bulkhead.
–  Removing clutch master cylinder.
–  Remove brake servo.
  Note
Brake servo can only be removed once clutch master cylinder, tandem brake master cylinder and brake pedal position sender have been removed.
