No provision is made for repairing the vane pump. For complaints, determine cause with help of pressure test and leakage test, and → Fault finding, Running gear No. 16. If a fault is detected, renew the vane pump.
  Note
t  Replacement pumps are not filled with fluid. Therefore it is essential to fill pump with hydraulic fluid -G 002 000- and to rotate pump by hand. Otherwise pump may be damaged or be noisy during operation.
t  Fluid type: hydraulic fluid -G 002 000-
t  Fluid capacity in system: 0.7 ... 0.9 l.
t  Do not reuse drained hydraulic fluid.
t  Renew sealing rings.
t  Disposal → Special Information; Running gear No. 2

8 - Seal
q   Renew.
9 - Union for pressure line
10 - Banjo bolt, 35 Nm
11 - Hexagon bolt, 10 Nm
