  Note
t  Always renew self-locking nuts and bolts.
t  Pumps supplied as replacement parts are not filled with fluid. Therefore it is essential to fill pump with hydraulic fluid -G 002 000- and to rotate pump by hand. Otherwise pump may be noisy during operation.
t  Do not reuse drained hydraulic fluid.
1 - Suction hose
2 - Pressure hose
3 - Hose clip
4 - Clamping bolt
q   Tensioning V-belt → Item.
5 - 20 Nm
6 - Swivel arm, front
7 - 20 Nm
8 - Adjustment bracket
9 - 20 Nm
10 - Bracket
11 - V-belts
q   11.5 x 685 petrol engine.
q   11.5 x 730 diesel engine.
q   11.5 x 755 petrol engine with air conditioner.
q   11.5 x 790 diesel engine with air conditioner.
q   Tightening → Chapter.
q   Checking condition → Booklet27.
12 - 25 Nm
13 - V-belt pulley
q   When installing V-belt pulley, ensure V-belt pulleys for crankshaft and vane pump align.
14 - Spacer
q   Only vehicles with diesel engine.
15 - 20 Nm
16 - Swivel arm, rear
17 - Vane pump
q   Checking delivery pressure → Chapter.
