Push carbon brushes into voltage regulator housing and insert voltage regulator into generator.

Tighten all threaded connections to the specification shown in => [ Fastener Tightening Specifications, Generator, All Vehicles ] See:
Alternator/Specifications/Fastener Tightening Specifications, Generator, All Vehicles.

Slide protective cap into guide rails - arrows - until it engages audibly.
