Pull out seal.
Installing
Installation is the reverse of removal, when installing note the following:

Always replace O-ring behind flange.

Drive new seal in up to stop. When doing this do not cant seal.

Lubricate space between sealing lip and dust lip with multi-purpose grease.

Drive drive shaft flange onto pinion until securing nut can be installed.
-
Clean threads on drive pinion and flange nut free of grease and coat thinly with D 000 600.
-
Install original nut and tighten to position marked.
