The final control diagnosis is part of the electrical check. The following components can be checked via the final control diagnosis depending on equipment variants: |

| Coolant temperature/coolant shortage indicator warning lamp. |

| Seat belt warning lamp, if fitted. |

| Twin circuit brakes and handbrake system warning lamp -K7- |

| Oil pressure warning buzzer. |

| If the self-diagnosis detects a fault, install a new dash panel insert. |

| The following sequence is described for the fault reader -V.A.G 1551-, the sequence described in the chapter for the “vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system may also be used” → Chapter. |

| If the engine is running or the vehicle is moving the dash panel insert final control diagnosis cannot be initiated/will be interrupted. |

| The C key can be used to exit the test sequence at any time. |
