Removal –  Turn ignition off. –  Disconnect battery earth strap → Electrical system; Rep. gr.27. –  Remove the instrument panel → Chapter. –  Remove the steering wheel from the cross support → Chassi, axles, steering; Rep. gr.48. –  Remove the air vent channel to the windshield → Heating, air conditioning; Rep. gr.80.

–  Remove the fastening screw -2-. –  Remove the air duct -1-.

–  Remove the fastening screws -2- from cross support.

–  Remove the relay holder support -1-. –  Release the harnesses from region -1- and -2-.

–  Remove only the fastening screws -arrows- (right side) on the dashboard support, according to the detail.   Note Plenum chamber removal (heating/air conditioning) is not required

–  Remove the fastening screw -1-. –  Remove fastening screws -2- and -3-.

–  Remove fastening screws -1-. –  Remove cross support -2-.   Note To unplug and remove the cross support -2-, it is recommended the help of a second operator.
