Rear wheel disc brake - repair > < Brake shoes - remove and install|Remove

–  Engage the supporting spring -1- with Hook -3438- on the actuation rod -2-.
–  Simultaneously place the wedge -3-.
Assembly position:
The bump -arrow- must remain visible when installing.
–  Place the brake shoe with the lever on the operating rod.

–  Engage return spring -3- with Hook -3438-.
–  Hook the drawspring -1- to the wedge -2-.
–  Insert the brake shoes between the wheel hub and the brake support.
–  Place the shoes in the brake cylinder plunger.
–  Couple the handbrake cable to the brake lever.
–  Place the lower return spring and uncouple the brake shoe behind the lower support.
–  Press the compression spring with the spring dish.
–  Install the brake drum.
–  Install the wheels.
Tightening torques → Running gear, axles, steering; Rep. Gr.44.
–  Strongly press the brake pedal once.
–  Adjust the handbrake → Chapter.
