Valve command shaft - remove and install|Installation > < Valve command shaft - remove and install
Removal
Removal
–  Remove mechanical distribution upper cover, head cover and vacuum pump.
–  Remove indented belt of command shaft and command shaft gear → Chapter, remove and install indented belt, adjust
  Note
There is no need to remove pad/pulley, and lower and intermediate protection of indented belt.
–  Loosen gear screw of command shaft in one turn. To loosen screw, fasten command shaft gear to counter support 3036.
  Note
To loosen and tighten command shaft gear never use command shaft adjustment rule 3418 or command shaft rule -T10098- as counter support! Use counter support 3036.
   
–  Place Two armed puller -T40001- with 1 clamp brace -T40001/2--A- and 2 clamps brace -T40001/3--B- centering on the command shaft gear and remove. Use as counter support a fork wrench -C-.
–  Remove command shaft gear.
–  Remove first bearings 5, 1 and 3 caps. Loosen bearings 2 and 4 caps alternately in crossing pattern.
