1 - Transmission case
2 - Sealing ring
q   Remove making a lever with a screwdriver
3 - Pressure disc
q   Determine the thickness → Chapter
q   Assemble → Fig.
4 - Internal disc -B1-
q   Quantity → Chapter
5 - External disc -B1-
q   Quantity → Chapter
6 - Thrust disc
7 - Dish spring
q   Bear the assembly position in mind: the large diameters must match → Fig.
8 - Sealing ring
q   Remove making a lever with a screwdriver
9 - Spring holder plate
q   With springs
q   Fit to the plunger → Fig.
10 - Retainer
q   Always replace
11 - Retainer
q   Always replace
12 - -B1- plunger
q   Different according to the type of engine
q   Allocate the spare due to the distinctive letters in the transmission
q   Disassemble → Fig.
13 - Segment
q   Check if it is properly seated
q   Do not over-expand
14 - Transmission case cover

q   Always replace

Fig.1 - Disassemble the -B1- plunger
–  Remove the plunger from the transmission case cover making a lever with a screwdriver in several points.

Fig.2 - Place the supporting plate with springs over the -B1- plunger
–  Fit the spring cage in the guide plunger pivots in -B1-.
One of the guide pivots -A- in each group is always thicker than the others and, with it, it fastens the cage.

Fig.3 - Assemble the external and internal discs
–  Place the bearing disc -5- over the sealing ring -6- that fastens the idler pinion to its place
–  Put the external discs -4- and the internal discs -7- in the transmission case.
–  Place the thrust disc -3- over the last internal disc.
–  Assemble the dish springs -2- in the correct position, that is, so the large diameters match.
–  Put the sealing ring -1- in the transmission case notch.
