Remove coolant pump bolts - 1 -.

Tip out coolant pump - A - as shown.

Installing 

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

-

Moisten new O-ring with coolant.

Install coolant pump.

-

Tighten mounting bolts for coolant pump. Tightening specification: 8 Nm

Install belt pulley for coolant pump. Tightening specification: 20 Nm

-

Raise assembly again with engine support bridge 10 - 222 A and position it with new bolts on mountings.

Align engine mount as follows:

There must be a distance - a - of at least 10 mm present between engine mount and right longitudinal member.

Casting edge on engine mount bracket - 2 - must stand parallel to engine mount - 1 -.

Note: 

^

Tightening specifications of powertrain mount.

-

Install ribbed drive belt.

-

Fill with coolant.
