Control Module: Removal and Replacement

All Wheel Drive Control Module

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Torque wrench 5-50 Nm VAG 1331

Drip tray for VAS 6100 VAS 6208

Removing

Note: When removing control module -1-, cover -2- and plate spring -5- are removed together. Pressure sensor -4- and valve -3- are removed
separately.

Switch ignition off.

Separate connectors -1- and -2- on control module.

-

Place drip tray under final drive.

Remove screws -arrows-.
