Rear Window Wiper Blade Park Position, Adjusting

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1331)

The distance - a - between the middle of the wiper blade insert and the lower edge of the window must be 23 mm.

If necessary, set the rear wiper blade park position by offsetting the wiper arm.

Remove wiper arm, refer to => [ Rear Window Wiper Arm ] See: Service and Repair/Rear Window Wiper Arm.

Tighten all threaded connections to the specification given in the assembly overview, refer to => [ Rear Window Wiper System Overview ] See:
Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Window Wiper System Overview.
