t  Torque wrench -V.A.G 1331-
Removing
  Note
Removal and installation is described for right side of vehicle. Follow same instructions for left side as appropriate.
–  Remove bench seat → Chapter.

–  Unscrew bolt -1- (40 Nm) and remove belt end anchor -2- from body.
Installing
–  Install in reverse order of removal.
  Note
The recess on the bolt-down bracket of the belt end anchor must be located above the positioning guide on the floor panel.
