Cut hole in bottom of A/C case (see drawings 4 & 5). Use a 3/4 inch hole saw in each corner and open up hole with a hack saw blade.

NOTE! Make sure there is enough space around the hole so that the pan will have a mating surface with the case. Also, make sure that the
mix door is completely open or closed before drilling.

Place some butyl tape inside unit to act as a dam to prevent any water from traveling along the sides of the case and past the drain hole. (see
drawing #6)
