Detach cooling fan mounting bracket and alternator
Move parts to one side.
Remove three retaining bolts from bracket and push outwards.

Mark position of timing gear belt
Mark belt, camshaft sprocket and crankshaft gear. Mark in front of a cog. Also identify outside and topside of gear belt.
Important: Belt must be fitted in exactly same position as found otherwise valves may contact pistons and cause serious engine damage.
