the brake pedal. Slide and twist the brake pedal over the steering column. If necessary, press in the power brake booster

the pedal in the support where the hinge bolt will be installed

the pin bolt FROM THE OUTSIDE

install the washer and the nut

the pedal box. Position the brake servo over the brake pedal support. Finger tighten all screws and nuts. Tighten the nuts and screws. Tighten to 25
Nm. Ensure that there is no pressure on the pedal box.
Tighten the hinge bolt. Tighten to 45 Nm. Check that the brake pedal moves smoothly.
Install the pin, the ring and the retaining spring on the support bar.
Hook in the spring behind the brake pedal.
Install the stop (brake) light switch connector.
Install the throttle cable on the accelerator pedal (AP).
Installing components
Position the steering column. Install the lower screws for the steering column. Tighten the lower screws. Tighten to 25 Nm.
