Note! Check that there is no dirt in the terminals.
Install:
-
The master cylinder. The lug for the power brake booster must be correctly positioned in the master cylinder

the 2 brake pipes on the master cylinder. Tighten by hand
-
the 2 nuts for the master cylinder
-
tighten to 20 Nm
-
the connector for the brake fluid level sensor
-
the hose for the clutch cylinder.
Filling the brake fluid reservoir
Fill the brake fluid reservoir. Turn the cap nut for the brake pipes so that they are sealed when the brake fluid begins to seep out.
Tighten to 14 Nm.
Bleeding brake systems
Check the brake pressure and the clutch. Bleed if necessary.
Bleed:

the brake system according to Bleeding brake system See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair

the clutch.
Final check

Read off and erase any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)

Test drive the car according to Test driving See: Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

Check whether any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) have been stored. Read off any stored DTCs.
