Install the washer and the tensioner pin on the lever

Remove special tool

Connect the hose to the pressure servo for the boost pressure control (BPC) valve. Use a clamp
-
Install the turbocharger (TC) control valve on the air cleaner (ACL) housing
-
Install the heat shield for the exhaust manifold.
-
Erase diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)
-
Test drive the car. Accelerate to wide open throttle (WOT) a couple of times
-
Check that no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) have been stored.

Conditions
Remove:
-
the heat shield from the exhaust manifold
-
the air cleaner (ACL) assembly.
-
the air intake hose.
Removing the boost pressure control (BPC) valve
Remove:
-
the locking pin
-
the two screws (A)
-
the vacuum hose from the valve
-
the boost pressure control (BPC) valve. Turn the boost pressure control (BPC) valve when removing it. This will also release the vacuum hose.
Set the new boost pressure control (BPC) valve to the same setting as the old valve
