Remove the dashboard. See Dashboard, replacing See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

Removal

-

Remove the side defroster nozzle. See Ventilation vents and seals, replacing See: Air Register/Service and Repair

Remove the combined instrument panel. See Driver information module (DIM), replacing See: Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning
Indicators/Instrument Cluster / Carrier/Service and Repair/Driver Information Module (DIM), Replacing , not including the switch

Remove the driver's side nozzle. See Ventilation vents and seals, replacing See: Air Register/Service and Repair

Insert a hand through the opening for the combined instrument panel. Detach the duct from the defroster duct for the windshield

Pull the duct out through the opening for the nozzle.

Installation

Position the duct and turn it into position

-

Install the remaining components

-

Everything else is installed in reverse order.
