V40 L4-1.9L Turbo VIN 29 B4204T3 (2002)
Disconnect the connections and seal the openings.
Clean all contact surfaces.
Detach the coupling from the bulkhead.
Only twist the coupling and hold the pipe firmly with a wrench (this nut is welded).
Pull the pipe carefully out from the clips and remove it.
Fitting the pipe between the coupling and expansion tank on the bulkhead
Note! Always use new O-rings.
Fit:

the pipe clips
-
the O-rings.
Fit the pipe to the evaporator.
Oil the O-rings with AC compressor oil.
Remove the seals.
Connect the pipe and tighten the bolts by hand.
Tighten:

the bolt by the evaporator to 10 Nm.

the bolt by the condenser to 10 Nm.

Note! Hold the pipe in place by hand when undoing and tightening in order to avoid damaging the couplings and pipes.
