Remove:

-

the screws on the mounting.

-

the battery clip.

-

the pipe carefully.

Fitting the pipe between the expansion tank and condenser

Note! Always use new O-rings.

Note! Hold the pipe in place by hand when undoing and tightening in order to avoid damaging the couplings and pipes.

Fit:

-

the pipe

-

the battery

-

the O-rings.

Oil the O-rings with AC compressor oil.
Connect the pipe and tighten the bolts by hand.

Tighten:

-

the bolt by the expansion tank to  10 Nm.

-

the bolt by the condenser connector to  10 Nm.
