Check the seals thoroughly before installing.

Install:

-

passenger compartment fan housing.

-

three screws for passenger compartment fan housing with  25 Nm.

-

the connector on the fan housing.

-

power unit:
-

the power unit with AC. Press the feed unit in place and torque with  25 Nm. Install the AC-pipe on the bracket.

the power unit according to  Power unit blower fan See: Blower Motor/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Power Unit Blower Fan.

-

instrument panel according to  Installing the dashboard See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and
